1) When will my order ship?

  • Within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

2) When will I receive my order?

  • Within 10 business days for standard shipping and sooner for expedited. Weekends and holidays will extend delivery.

3) What do I do if my order is marked delivered but I have not receive my order?

  • Please note, j Briélle is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

4) Do you offer returns?

  • Handbags are final sale due to customization. Jewelry is returnable within 30 days in original condition and original packaging. Please email support@shopjbrielle.com to start a return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards). We do not offer returns on jewelry due to improper care.

5) How soon will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
